BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE

CHAIRMAN'S COMMITTEE OF

MONKS RISBOROUGH CE PRIMARY SCHOOL GOVERNING BODY



CONSTITUTION:

The chairman, vice chairman and any other governor nominated by the chairman, will be members of the chairman's committee for the time being.

The Chairman of the Committee will be the Chairman of the Governing Body and the clerk will be the vice chairman or an alternate.

A quorum will be the chairman or vice chairman and two other governors.


TERMS OF REFERENCE:

Meetings will be convened on an 'ad hoc' basis to discuss matters of special interest or concern.

Any decisions made will require to be ratified by the full governing body as necessary.

This Committee was incorporated by Minute No . . . of the School's Governing Body Meeting held on . . . The terms of reference will be reviewed annually in the Autumn Term.
